Dr Ewan Mahony

Dr Ewan Mahony joined the PTC to ensure trainees have their voices heard when it comes to shaping the future of psychiatry. He is a representative in the Scottish region and has particular career interests in complex case formulation, catatonia and communication within teams.
Ewan is particularly interested in advocating for access to Higher Training, improving handovers around patient care, and working to understand factors impacting trainee morale.
Outside of work Ewan enjoys running, Coen Brothers’ films, and following American politics.
