Event Information
Overview and programme
Never have our skills as leaders and managers been more important than in the current climate. Whether you are on your way to becoming a Consultant Psychiatrist, in your first few years or stepping into a new leadership role, our one day in-person event is for you.
We’ll integrate leadership theory with practical skills to help you recognise and grow as a leader with talks, workshops, action learning sets and panel discussions. You’ll come away having reflected on your challenges in leading & how to navigate and learn from these for the future.
Designed for members of any grade and speciality, take some time out of your busy schedules and join us as we discuss innovative and practical ways to enhance leadership in psychiatry, network with peers, and embrace a much-needed new era of leadership.

Event registrations are confirmed when payment is received in full.
Joining instructions are sent approximately one week in advance.

- Pay using a debit card or credit card and receive instant confirmation and a receipt

- Request to pay via BACs and advise on your required booking details.
Using a College voucher
- Email your voucher and we will contact you if additional payment is required
