When Things Go Wrong With Care

Event Information

In this webinar, we discuss the methodology and impact of homicides by people in care by mental health services. We delve into the current way in which we approach serious incidents such as homicide and how we currently manage and learn from these.

The response to such events are critical so how best should we be learning from them. Who needs support and who provides this? How do we ensure both clinicians and victims are supported in the aftermath? What do me mean by learning and where should this be directed?

A chance to reflect and discuss the system response when things go wrong in mental health care.
