Dr Erin Gourley is a PTC representative for the West Midlands, currently in the process of applying to higher training with a view to a career in older adult psychiatry. 

Erin believes it is important for trainees to be involved in shaping their curricula and assessment processes and also having a collective voice in the wider college. She is keen to promote equity and engage doctors on issues around LTFT training and career progression.

With two pre-school boys, Erin's main hobby is refereeing who gets to have the most sought after Hot Wheels car!
